FullearnLMS (Learning Management System), by being one of the R&D products of 5M, is developed in 2004. It is compatible with SCROM 2004- v.3.0. It allows the users to implement full life cycle of an e-learning system.
What is FullearnLMS?
FullearnLMS is a kind of learning environment allowing the user to practice most of “face to face” teaching and training activities. It can both support on-line and traditional learning environments. It is capable of providing internet based; undergraduate, graduate as well as various certification programs in different time durations. It can also allow the users to experiment the concept of virtual class.r.
FullearnLMS is design in accordance with the e-learning regulations of Turkish Higher Education Council which makes it easy for the universities to employ the system and to speed up the process for creating new programs

As being the users of the system, related user manuals are provided. Furthermore 3-months technical support is provides free of charge upon installing the program.
It provides two options to use the system.
1) Installing the program to customer owned servers and using it there.
Customer may locate the system in the server under his possession. In this case, the technical support is provided over internet
2) Installing the program to company owned servers and using it there.
Customer may use the system on the server belonging to 5M with fair and reasonable amount of rent. Well-timed technical support may then be provided upon any need.
