What is Performus?

Performus, as developed by 5M, aims to provide mechanisms in order to assess and monitor performance of non-profit corporations such as public organizations. It allows the managers to monitor the progress of their strategic plans and performance programs in accordance with the respective Act numbered as 5018 which regulates public finance management in Turkey. This act enforces performance programs to be strictly aligned with strategic plans and respective allocated budgets.

Through a long time experience in generating strategic plans and performance programs for non-proift organizations through various implementations, 5M created Performus in order to support these activities with Information technology. The software is developed with the help of practitioners in public organizations. This made the developers to be aware of and overcome all respective problems. The program well suits to the need of public organizations.
